I’ve known I’m no spring chicken for a long time now, but finally coming to terms that heat and cold packs are a couple of my new BFFs 🤪. Especially now that I have to work harder to get and stay in shape. I want to age well and not be in crippling pain as I mature. A friend told me about contrast therapy years ago and it works!
