About 60 days ago, I had posted on our social media that Black Sheep would be going online only after July 31. I felt like I had an eternity of time before that date.
And here we are, now with only two days before we are online only!
Also 60 days ago, I didn’t know my oldest would be moving 8.5 hours away after graduating college this next year.
And again, here we are. She received a full time job offer at General Mills in Ohio with one more year of college to go in order to finish her degree in Chemical Engineering. Am I a proud parent? YES! Am I so happy and excited for her and the life she’s carving out for herself? YES! Should you think of Rose every time a new flavor of Pizza Roll is successfully introduced? YES!
Am I just the tiniest bit sad she’ll be so far away? Also yes.
But it’s things like this that even if I had inklings of guilt or doubt about going online only with Black Sheep, those feelings are gone. The Henderson 5 have a life to LIVE. Going online is the right decision. I love you guys, and I love seeing you guys, but I love my daughter and my sons an infinite amount.
Two more days! August 1 we will be online only. PLEASE make sure you have used your in store Black Sheep gift cards! They are no longer valid after July 31!
