The Coliseum is located between George West, Texas and Three Rivers, Texas on Hwy. 281 on the Live Ak County Fairgrounds. This is an INDOOR event. There are amazing vendors that come from all over

the state. The items for sale are for EVERYONE in the family! There is also always amazing food and baked goods. The door prizes are awesome and are given away 2-3 times an hour. Parking is free

THIS will be a great opportunity for someone! There is a big demand for RV parks with people, specifically seniors, needing affordable living options. Pls call me & I’ll fill you in with the details & more possible amenities that might convey. It’s beautiful with lots of huge trees, 5 RV pads, a small building that could be an office/laundry mat etc. The lot is large enough to add addl slots AND option to buy a 3/2 cabin across the street. Christmas is coming! I’m helping a client who’s become a friend, put the word out about 4 Children’s books her dad wrote. He’s recently passed💔 I had the pleasure of meeting him & getting to visit with him when I went to list her property. He was confined to a bed the last few years, but all there mentally! When I told him that I have nephews that are Team Ropers & how much I love them, HE LIT UP❤️ His daughter finally had to say dad, Terrie and I have business to discuss and then she’s got to drive drive home! He gave me 4 of these books so that I could give them to my nephews.My mom is buying another four to donate to the library in GW bc of an organization she’s in called Brush Country Cattlewomen. This man roped in MADISON SQUARE GRADEN! How cool is that? These books are only $10 each and if anyone’s interested private message me. Some people aren’t technology people and I said let me just put this out there for you! . What a great gift this would make not just for little Cowboys & there are little Cowgirls too that this would make a great gift for. Thanks and pls SHARE. This would REALLY help her out❤️
