Last weekend, while at a craft show, we got the opportunity to educate lots of mommas and grandmas on the importance of car seat safety and why it is not safe to use coats in car seats. This is a great article that explains just that!

We know that many rules have changed since “you” were little, but we are thankful for the studies going on behind the scenes that finds ways to keep our babies safer than they were “back in the day”! 😉

The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that bulky or puffy coats and clothing items not be worn under a car seat harness.
