We started our home based business Manzanita Kids in 2010, it was a way to keep food on the table and dovetail work with family life. It's been a rewarding experience connecting with people around the world who appreciate our designs and quality craftmanship.

Many Factors have influenced our decision to close the business and we are excited about our future. Adrienne has been a teacher for over 20 years, her influence on our designs cannot be understated. David will now join her teaching wood working, engineering, computer drafting and robotics at a local middle school.

As we close this chapter, we want to thank you all for your support over the years and please take advantage of this sale, tell your friends too! We encourage you all to keep supporting your local small businesses!

“Absolutely brilliant & high quality toy: the fun of wooden building blocks combined with the joy of a dollhouse -- a D.I.Y build-your-own dollhouse or multiple houses or castles or schools every time you play, if you like. My two-year-old granddaughter hasn't mastered sliding the pieces together but is delighted to set up her little animal friends and their little wooden beds within the structures I create. It all breaks down in an instant OR lives on for as long as you leave it. Smooth and solid wooden pieces.”
