SLEEP ROCK | LOCAL MODEL CALL

We’re looking for local models near Navajo, New Mexico for an upcoming Sleep Rock brand shoot.

We’re looking for a gritty, natural, rugged and authentic presence—people with character who feel comfortable in a raw, lived-in Western setting rather than overly polished or styled. Long hair is preferred, and we’re looking for people who naturally carry that real-life energy and can make a Sleep Rock hat feel like it belongs to them.

WHAT WE’RE OFFERING:
• Minimal paid compensation for your time
• Professional hair & makeup provided
• Featured exposure across Sleep Rock’s social media and brand platforms
• Opportunity to be considered for future Sleep Rock campaigns and content

WARDROBE:

Sleep Rock wouldn’t be where it is today without this community.

Most people see the finished hat.

What they don’t see are the years of trial and error behind it.

The tools that didn’t work. The supplies that were ordered, tested, and returned. The hours spent searching for the right hat break string. The steam box we couldn’t find, so we built it ourselves. The custom solutions, the mistakes, the lessons, and the moments when something finally clicked.

This week’s Monday Blog is about the kit behind every Sleep Rock hat, but it’s really a story about persistence, problem-solving, and learning a craft one tool at a time.

Because every piece of equipment in the studio has a story. Every scratch, modification, and workaround was earned through experience.
