Gloria designs figure-flattering clothing in complementing colors and textures. Her inspiration comes from everyday nature; shades of trees, the variations of the sky and water to multiple color combinations of exotic animals and plants. Gloria's says her favorite fabrics that she like to work with are linen, silk and cotton. She retreats these fabrics for added body and movement. The results of

the fabrics are lithe and fluid works of art that have been skillfully designed right down to the perfect stitching in every piece of her work. The fashion designer creates her own trend of style by altering the season’s trends that are more flattering for her full-figured clients. “I try not to follow fashion trends." "I design figure-flattering clothing to compliment real women silhouettes.”

Gloria notes that because of her tailoring background, she uses a lot of hand sewing and detail in her work, both on the outside and on the seams and stitches inside the piece. She creates a garment of the highest quality that looks great and will withstand fashion trends. Gloria's says that her designs are classic-contemporary. Her favorite eras of fashion are the 20’s, 30’s, 40’s and 50’s.
