BUSINESS FOR SALE/LEASE

Hello everyone....👋🏻 I wanted to post a quick note regarding our recent decision in case you heard about it through the buzz of the community. After three wonderful years and getting the opportunity to reach one of my goals of having my very own boutique, we have decided that with our growing family, the best thing to do is, close our little gem. If you know me, you know that my kids are MY WORLD 🌎 After welcoming our newest addition, that took us 8 years, into our family👶🏻 I found myself in a place where the shop was no longer where I felt my heart was, but with my children. The boutique was something I always dreamt of as a child, especially with my love for fashion and having attended FIDM. But this isn't a sad story....it's a story of realization....I feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to experience my desire to own a boutique and I admire and respect anyone that is a business owner in a whole new level. It's not easy. It's a lot of sacrifice, patience, desire, hard work, passion and so much more.....and if you are a parent, it's even harder because in addition to trying to be the best parent you can be, you have to take trips to la, go to countless meetings, travel, staying in tune with the latest trends...the list goes on....so please, when you walk down Honolulu and look into those shops, remember my story and how much sacrifice goes into each and every shop on the strip....those owners give so much and sacrifice so much in order to bring color to Montrose....let them know you are thankful for them being there! As for me, the last three years I owned the business, I felt our daughter grew up so fast and I questioned, how many conversations did I miss because I had to tell her, just a second....I was putting so much into the shop and my heart was sad and I needed to fix that for myself and for my family. We are so thankful for those of you that have been supportive since
Day ONE! And we thank you!!!! The store will remain open while we actively search for a renter or a buyer so it's not goodbye YET....we will keep you posted and if you know of anyone interested, please pass the word on...we would appreciate it!
