In a season where we all have access to information, let's be careful not to replace conversations with labels.

Sometimes we've gotten so good at identifying terms that we've stopped exploring experiences.

There's a difference between:

"That's your anxiety."

and

"What do you think is driving this feeling?"

There's a difference between:

"That's an intrusive thought."

and

"What about that thought feels true to you right now?"

Labels can be helpful. They can bring awareness, language, and understanding.

But not every feeling needs an immediate diagnosis. Sometimes people need space to unpack, process, and be curious about what's happening beneath the surface.

Let's ask more questions.
Let's explore more.
Let's listen more.

Because understanding someone is often more powerful than labeling them.

This event was amazing for all moms. It’s the title we never relinquish. The season of it forever changes. Motherhood is one of the hoods with the most PIVOTS…littles-to-stuck in the middle to highschool- to move out. Babbby it all goes so fast.
