Clothes For You Clothes For You sets you up for success by selecting clothes that honor your body shape. Darlene Miller, lives in Missoula, Montana and Queen Valley, Arizona.

She is also the designer of the “Just for You” vest and pants patterns. She has developed the body shape concept for selecting your clothing

and patterns. She says there are four body shapes – triangle, square, circle and oval – each one unique and each one perfect. Time consuming alterations are eliminated when you start with a pattern that is designed specifically for your body shape. The result is a well coordinated wardrobe that works for you. You will love what you wear and you will consistently look and feel great. Her students are amazed at how easy it is to have a beautiful wardrobe. Most recently she is adapting traditional quilt techniques to her vest patterns which were introduced to the quilting audience at the 2002 International Quilt Festival in Houston where she was also a member of the faculty. In 2003 she was on the faculty for the American Sewing Guild National Conference, the Northwest Quilt Expo and again exhibited at the International Quilt Festival in Houston. In March 2004 she will be on the faculty of the International Quilt Festival in Chicago and again at Houston in November.

Today was a brain stretching day - fun with new techniques learned. Took a class from Gail Garber - Designing Circular Borders. Beautiful. Since I don't work much with circles - how am I going to use this new technique? Any ideas? Gollies they are pretty!

Another Free Motion Quilting class yesterday. Very curious students and they did so good! And, two are new to quilting - they are going to do great! Was a very fun day and we are all ready for part B of the class.

Today felt a little fragmented - don't know why. Maybe it as the clouds? Finally this evening started quilting on a charity quilt - viola! Instant stress reliever - now can go to sleep relaxed, organized and with something accomplished!

A fun rewarding day in the classroom teaching one of my favorite classes - Precison Piecing through Proper Pressing. Many ah-ha moments for the experienced stitchers and excellent techniques for the new quilters.
