The Rusty Belle was a vision come to life in 2013 for two friends who loved creating. We fell in love with painted furniture and wanted to share our passion with others. We had a retail location but with the responsibility of manning the store, we lacked adequate time to paint our furniture, so we made the decision to move to a booth setting to showcase and sell our painted furniture. We thought this would allow us more time to paint custom pieces for our customers. The booth did really well and we spent the majority of our time restocking the booth, making it just as challenging to take care of our customers wanting custom painted furniture. With a lot of thought and prayer, we have decided to close our Rusty Belle booth inside Vintage Collectables effective September 30th. Although we are stepping away from the booth, the original 2 Belles (Vickie and Kay) will continue doing what we love ….painting custom furniture. In the past 11 years we’ve been a part of many families’ lives from helping set up dorm rooms, first apartments, new beach houses, bringing grandma’s furniture back to life, to baby nurseries, and many other special times. That has been what fueled our passion; being able to be a part of our customers’ lives in some of their most precious and exciting moments. We will continue The Rusty Belle tradition of “giving an old thing a new ring”. You can reach out to Vickie or Kay through our page to schedule having your special items painted. We can also continue to help you locate the perfect piece to be painted. We want to continue to be your go-to for custom painting.

In addition, Stacy, who many of you know, will continue with a newly branded booth of her own called Willie Clyde’s Collection located inside Vintage Collectibles & More. She will have her rebranded grand opening on October 5th. Please stop by our Rusty Belle booth and take advantage of our booth closing sales. And please continue to patronize our sweet friend Stacy as she starts this new solo venture. She will have a booth filled with great, fun finds and will continue to have beautiful furniture. Thank you all for being a part of our success over the last 11 plus years, and thank you for continuing to allow us to paint your beautiful, special pieces of furniture.

These gorgeous tables were donated by Georgia Martin Dees and custom painting was donated by The Rusty Belle. Measurements are: 14” deep, 16” wide and 27 1/2” high.

Animal lovers and decor enthusiasts, this is for you! We’re auctioning these beautiful tables to raise money to support our Trap Neuter Release efforts for cats in Wayne County. Bidding is for ONE table. The high bidder will have the option to purchase the second table at the same price; otherwise, it will be put up for bid. The auction starts today and runs through Sept 16. The cold weather this week has all the Belles in the Christmas spirit. Everyone at Vintage Collectibles & More has the same festive feeling. It’s Christmas all over the shop. It’s the start of the last official Summer fling; Labor Day weekend. Many are looking forward to Fall….cooler temperatures, football, fire pit nights and as much as I hate to see Summer end, Fall is one of my favorite seasons. We’ve placed some pretties in our booth to kick off the new season. Stop by to see us at Vintage Collectibles & More. Check us out along with our fellow collectors inside. Lots of unique pieces for every decorating style. While you’re out shopping, stop by to see our friends at Lola’s Vintiques Reopening today starting at 5:00 pm. They have relocated at 152 & 154 Center Street in downtown Goldsboro. Wherever you chose to shop, please shop local! And remember: That special piece you looked at today but want to think about until tomorrow, may be the same piece someone else looked at yesterday and will buy today.
