My parents own and operate a cattle ranch on riverfront property named "Sloan Star Ranch." The cool story behind their name is pretty awesome in my book! They used to own a beer business called Sloan Distributing. They delivered Lone Star Beer to our local businesses and were known as the Lone Star beer men of Gonzales County. One day, my grandfather found a card in the gate of our ranch that had
the words "Sloan Star" scribbled on it and that's how our ranch name and operation came to life with all those elements. Well, this is how my store, "Sloan Star Boutique&Designs came to life as well. It's an honor to name my business after the people who brought me to this point. I owe many thanks and gratitude to not only my family, but many inspiring women as well. My goal as an entrepreneur is to provide for my family, carry on our name and provide, uplift, inspire women and their style to be BOLD and stand apart from the crowd.
