2026 touring? Before the 🐝BUGS🐝 arrive.........an excellent time to order protective fairing vent screens to keep annoying BUGS (particularly the STINGING kind) and road debris at bay. The center vent on both the ROAD GLIDE and STREET GLIDE aims a stream of air at the rider's face and neck. Even with a full face helmet you'll be cleaning bug spatter off your face shield. Planning our Summer Road Trip on H-D's Ride Planner, I'm pleased to see Glacier NP's "Going to the Sun Road" is now open! Being allergic to Bee/Wasp stings, I've developed a set of Generation-3 Road Glide vent screens for protection. As the GEN-3 Street Glide vent is similar, we offer a solution as well.

As of an April of 2026 "Road Glide Vent Screens" Google Search , Motorcycle Vent Screens appears to be the sole commercial “vent screen” solution for all 3 of the GEN-3 Road Glide fairing vents, including the largest of the three fairing vents: the most important “IN YOUR FACE” center vent!

Road Glide vs. Street Glide Vent Differences.

BUG Screens for the GEN-2 vents were quite different where the RG center screen would be hidden within the vent while the Batwing vent screen would be out front and more decorative.

This is to promote the availability of high-quality powder-coated vent screens for the 2024 and newer Road Glide fairing! While the Side SPLITSCREENS were an easy design, it was a challenge to come up with a bug screen design for the smooth "IN YOUR FACE" CENTER VENT which, unlike the GEN-2 fairing, does not offer any attachment opportunities. Our first buyers were quite pleased with the unique solution we designed as per their reviews:

• "I had this product on my Rushmore 2017 and 2021 road glides and loved it, no more bugs to the face... install was not difficult.. took about 30 minutes or so. Looks amazing. Loved it on the old bike and loving it on the new bike"
