✨DENIM JEANS WORKSHOP✨

Holy moly, I’ve never been so proud of a workshop. I’ve dreamed of running a jeans workshop since I started Sew Club. I put SO much heart into planning every detail and it feels so dang good to see it come to fruition and run so smoothly.

Every 👏single 👏pair👏 fit 👏 perfectly🥲

We used the Coe Trousers( ) by and sewed them up in a rigid indigo Japanese 10.5oz denim.

Huge thanks to all these amazing folks who made running this workshop such a joy!! 🤎

COE TROUSER, men’s edit ✍️

Made my husband a pair of linen Coe Trousers as little sewing exercise in preparation for this month’s Coe workshop.

Here’s all the deets:

Rather than his high waist, I took his waist measurements based off where he liked his pants to sit.

I added a bit of 1CM to the front rise and 3/4” to the back rise.

I scooped out 1” from the crotch hook and extended it by 1.5” (see picture) for both the front and back leg pieces.

Since he wears his pants about 3” lower than the pattern intended, I took 3” off the length.

That’s it!!

I’m so thrilled to bring y’all two new stellar workshops this May!

First up will be the highly anticipated workshop for the Coe Trouser by .

The Coe is a size-inclusive, high-waisted barrel leg pant that features a wrapped side seam that gives the legs its unique shape. I’m bringing in some gorgeous 10.5 oz rigid Japanese denim for this workshop that I can’t wait for you to get your hands on!
