We’re losing yet another small business.. and it’s a reminder we cannot ignore.

It’s disheartening to watch our neighbors pour their time, energy, finances and dreams into their business and then not be able to keep the doors open. 💔

The unfortunate reality is, corporations and online shopping are knocking us out one by one.

The number of “is it worth it” conversations that have happened in the last year has us, and many others, at a loss. It is heartbreaking to invest in a dream and have to walk away with more loss than you ever imagined- financially, emotionally and personally.

Small businesses are more than places we buy things- they are pieces of our community’s identity.

They’re the ones who show up first for local fundraisers, donate quietly when families are in need, sponsor youth teams and remember your name when you walk through the door. They give back far more than they ever take.

But they don’t survive on hope alone.
They survive on support- real, steady, intentional support.
Choosing to shop local even when it’s easier not to. Sharing posts. Leaving reviews. Telling a friend. Spending in your community so it doesn’t disappear one “closed” sign at a time.

Much love to all of the amazing ones we’ve lost in the last couple of years. Our hearts are with you. 🫶🏻

Support local. Shop small. It’s matters more than you’ll ever know.
