The Rucksack in Nylon Ripstop by is now available in-store and online. We were fortunate to get a few of these, as they are already long sold out on the 1733 website. Man, these packs can absolutely go the distance, and then some. They are so bomb-proof, just like everything Phil and his talented team make. Don’t snooze!

Hudson’s Hill designer Andrew Duke is committing to the challenge in 2026 - running the numerical date in miles every day of the year.

And he’s doing it in a pair of 12oz Double-knee Broken Twill jeans by HardenCo x Proximity Mfg.

Made with Greensboro denim from Evan and his team at the White Oak mill, these jeans are the result of close collaboration between the HardenCo, Hudson’s and Proximity design and production teams - exclusively sold at Hudson’s Hill.

The unsanfordized jeans resist movement off the rack - follow this project for a masterclass in breaking in a pair of jeans. Andrew will be logging the jeans’ mileage on Strava - the running and athletic tracking platform - and keeping us updated on how the jeans are holding up.

Who knows, maybe he’ll run a local 10k in those blues 👖👀

Vintage guru Matt, aka DJ Matt-San has been a driving force behind our monthly Kissaten concept events this year. He brings the vinyl vibes and a helpful attitude to shop, always offering up new ways to encourage community at Hudson’s Hill and beyond. And boy, does he know vintage digs.

You might recognize him from his Asheville shop , from the esoteric online vintage networks, or from his ongoing residency at Hudson’s where he keeps us stoked with new pieces week after week. If you’ve met him you love him - if you haven’t then come hang this weekend at the annual Hudson’s Hill Holiday Market.

Matt’s going to be unveiling a curated kid’s vintage section (yep, you can get the little ones laced up for the holidays!) and lots of unique vintage pieces for grown-ups too.
