Boutique 66 Live Sale Rules & Regulations.
Please read through these rules before claiming an item during a Live.
Email Required Before Claiming
Before you can claim an item, you must message the Boutique 66 page with the email address where you would like your invoice sent.
I will have Messenger open during the Live. If I do not see your email in Messenger when you claim an item, it will go to the next customer. No exceptions.
Please send your email before the Live begins so you are ready to claim.
Claiming an Item
I will give each item a number. If an item is available in multiple sizes, you must comment the item number along with the size you want.
For example, if item 051 is available in medium, large, and extra large, 1X,2X, etc, you would comment:
051M
051L
051Xl
051 1X
051 2X
The first correct claim that appears on my screen receives the item. Facebook does not always display comments in the same order for everyone, so the order you see on your screen may be different from what appears on mine. To keep everything fair and consistent, I must go by the first correct claim that appears on my screen.
Invoices
All invoices will be sent securely through Square.
Invoices must be paid within 48 hours after the invoice is sent. Please make sure the email address you provide is correct, and check your spam or junk folder if you do not see your invoice.
Shipping
Shipping is $5 for the first standard item and $1 for each additional item.
For larger, heavier, or bulky items, shipping is $7 for the first bulky item and $1 for each additional item.
Free Shipping
Orders over $200 ship free.
No Local Pickup for Now
For the next six to seven months, all orders will need to be shipped.
We are currently renovating a farmhouse less than two miles away and plan to move there in October. Because we do not currently have the proper liability insurance in place for customer pickups, I cannot offer local pickup at this time.
Once we move the boutique studio to the farmhouse and everything is properly set up, local pickup will become available again. I am hoping to begin offering pickups around Christmas.
Until then, all orders will be shipped.
Live Conduct and Blocking Policy
Please be kind and respectful to the live seller and everyone watching.
Trolling, rude or off-color comments, swearing at others, inappropriate behavior, arguing, or repeatedly and aggressively demanding that a comment be read or acknowledged will not be tolerated.
Anyone who disrupts the Live or treats the seller or another viewer disrespectfully may be immediately removed and permanently blocked from future Live sales, even while the Live is still in progress.
Please remember that comments move quickly and may occasionally be missed. A little patience, kindness, and grace help keep the Lives enjoyable for everyone.
Returns
Returns are accepted, but only in the form of in-store credit. Customer must pay to ship back product.
Live Schedule
Regular Boutique 66 Lives will be held on Tuesdays at 8:00 p.m.
I may also hold smaller bonus Lives throughout the week. Follow the Boutique 66 page for previews, announcements, and schedule updates.
