Try this one to build lower body Strength, endurance and increase your aerobic capacity👇🏼👇🏼
WORKOUT🔥
•100 meter sprint
•80 meter bear crawl
• 60 meter Sand bag lunges
• 40 Sand bag squats
• 20 mountain climber push ups (4 climbers 1 push up=1)
• 10 full burpee sand bag hop overs
Try this 3-4 rounds for time😀🥹 ours was a #70 pound sand bag
