Fair Fashions Handmade items, knit or crochet or both. if I don't know how to make it, I'll figure it out! I create clothing and other items with crochet.

Prices are generally reasonable, though some things cost more because of the time involved. Fair Fashions is the beginning business of Gypsy Cumbie (known out at Texas Renaissance Faire as Gypsy Blade). That means I make it out of yarn by hand. These items would be considered true Garb since they are created by hand. Each item takes time to make since they are all custom made to order. There is a

bit of artistic license to take into account, but I will accommodate preferred coloration as best as I can. All pricing will be negotiated when an order is requested. This may not seem like the best business practice, but it really is the only way with this particular type of creation since some items can take as long as a year to make and charging by the hour would not be fair to anyone. You can make a post for an order or send a message, either way. I will be getting back to you on it as soon as I can.

So... I got hit with a doozy of a scammer this time...

She posed as someone interested in buying a pair of gloves from me. But she screwed up so many ways... I was suspicious pretty early on but I won't say how I got suspicious because I don't want them changing tactics.

Luckily I double checked with CashApp customer service directly in the app. They have been reported.

This was a completely ridiculous tactic and more hurtful than I can say. They targeted a small business. That's the sink small businesses. It also keeps people like me from taking sales messages seriously.

So consider this a public service announcement and keep on your toes...

It is said that you leave a little bit of your soul in everything you crochet, nålbind or knit.

So, to avoid this, you should work in a hidden mistake to allow your soul to escape. this seems magickal to me, i've posted about it in the past and wanted to share again.

The same kind of thing has been practiced by north Europeans in pouches, socks and blankets, First Nations Tribes and Native Americans with Spirit Beads and in Navajo rugs. Who knows where else in the world. I'm sure there's those who'd love to rip it apart (excuse the pun) but i've heard older folk talk of it first hand here so believe is a thing here in England and Ireland and i've seen people say in the past from America that they know of the tradition.
