With the grand opening right around the corner, we wanted to do a fun little contest for kids.
Rather than myself or another city official cutting the ribbon, we want to give the chance to a child in the community! This is a major project for the city and we want it to be as memorable as possible.
Directions:
* Children ages 5 to 12 may participate.
* Print out this flyer or pick one up at City Hall.
* Answer the question “What do you love most about the parks and recreation programs in the community?”
* When finished, turn the letter back into City Hall or email the Director of Parks & Recreation at [email protected]. Please provide your name and a contact number, so we can reach the lucky winner!
* Return or submit the letter by no later than Tuesday, May 23rd.
* Each letter will be reviewed by staff to determine a lucky winner that will get to cut the ribbon at the grand opening!
* All letters will be displayed during the gran opening for all to view.
