New Swim Coach Announcement!

CAC is super excited to have Aynslee Grasso join our family in September.

Originally from Connecticut and raised in Wake Forest, North Carolina, Aynslee has been coaching swimming since she was 15 years old and brings experience at the club and high school levels, along with a background as a Division I collegiate swimmer. She has coached with WAVE Swimming in Raleigh, NC, and Lake Champlain Waves in Plattsburgh, NY, in addition to serving as a high school coach for the past two years. Passionate about developing swimmers both in and out of the pool, Aynslee is committed to fostering strong technique, confidence, and a lifelong love for the sport. She is thrilled to be returning to her home state and eagerly looks forward to joining the Connecticut Aquatic Club family.

State Champion!

Congrats to CACs Jesshua H for winning the 10 & U 100m backstroke.

Great 1st half of the weekend in West Hartford at the WHAT showcase.

10 and under girls went 1st place 2nd place x 3 times Saturday night at finals.

Sunday = last day fast day!

CAC sent 7 swimmers to the CT Open water state champs last weekend at Lake Quassy.

Congrats to Riley S for placing 2nd in the 13-14 girls 2.5 k swim.

CAC had 7 swimmers this morning compete at the CT Open Water championship at lake quassi.

Congrats to Riley S for placing 2nd in the 13-14 age group in the 2.5k swim.

CAC will be at Hopeville Pond in Griswold tomorrow morning at 9am.

We will set up a triangle course and do a practice open water swim to get ready for the CT open water champs in 2 weeks.
