Our Margie had a heart procedure this morning and we are thankful that she is home, resting and doing good! Looking forward to having her back in the shop as soon as she is up to it…I mean…these costumes aren’t going to make themselves, Margie! 🤭

We’ve been so excited to share this with you, and our first Studio Socials workshop is now open for registration!
🧙‍♀️ WITCH HAT WORKSHOP 🧙‍♀️
Come spend a few hours inside the JC Darlynn Designs studio creating a completely one-of-a-kind witch hat!
This isn’t your typical craft class. You’ll get to dig into our studio collection of specialty fabrics, trims, feathers, flowers, embellishments, and all kinds of fabulous little treasures to create a hat that fits your personality. Go spooky, glamorous, whimsical, over-the-top—or a little bit of everything. We can help you design the perfect on theme hat for the witches brunch, ride or walk!

Happy Birthday to our CELENA!!! 🎈🎊🎈🎊

Celena came to me a few years ago to volunteer bc she was interested in learning and working with us. She had some sewing experience and wanted to learn more there too but turns out, she had a lot to bring to the table.

Now, she works as a full time freelance artist during the season and has really proven to be an integral part of the biz. She has become a much better seamstress and also an amazing decorator! Last season, she made many of our headpieces for courts and groups, particulary Krewe of Phoenix, Hera and the maids Gemini…and she put pretty much ALL of the lights in our galactic Hera headwear. Also custom masks for Billikins, just to name a few 😉
