Crafting Roots Me

Crafting Roots Me Trees of Life are my roots, keeping me grounded and growing. Just as my spiritual journey. I have always enjoyed crafting for as long as I can remember.

My Mother fed this interest and it took a deep root. Trees of Life have become my roots and keep me grounded and growing. Always a new branch to reach out to a new area, something new to learn, more growing to do, just as in my journey in Spiritual growth. Our religion and our Savior are the roots from which we begin our growth in this life. With each new experience and day, we grow. Sometimes eve

nts in our lives may leave our bark scarred or a branch bent or broken. As long as we hold onto our roots we can overcome any storm and continue to grow stronger reaching for the heavens where our Creator is watching over us. Not only are these Trees of Life and other crafted items American Indian Made they are crafted by a former Principal Chief of the United Cherokee AniYunWiYa Nation. I served as Principal Chief from 2016 until retiring because of health issues in 2021. Prior to serving as Chief I served 9 years as Tribal Secretary. My Indian name is U lv which means sister.
