CYCLIST VS. KIA. Per Guntersville Police Chief Ryan Darnell: Guntersville Police were dispatched at 6:54 pm to a car versus bicycle at the intersection of Browns Valley Rd and Creek Path Rd. A group of cyclist were traveling towards Highway 79 on Browns Valley Road. The group was attempting to make a left-hand turn onto Creek Path Road. A 2025 KIA K4 car passed the cyclist on a double yellow line striking one of the cyclists. He was transported to Huntsville Hospital in stable condition.
