🚨Could I have your attention please...🚨

I know we've been moving pretty fast lately and we've gotten some things out maybe in a week, rather than overnight. Or we've had the doors closed earlier than the internet says due to Family obligations. Or we've been trying to improve efficiencies here so response times have been down a bit...we're growing and teaching others.

We try really hard to please customers and everyone alike. We try our best to choose kindness even when it may not be felt on the other side. We want everyone to feel like they are getting a hug when they are here and feel a little better about themselves after they leave.
..but what happened early this morning is something that I'd never experienced before. We go to great lengths to ensure everyone is happy at Dub P Apparel - however, in the early hours of the morning, we were really shook by someone we cater to each 'overnight'.

This fox who we thought adored us for keeping the lights on and allowing dead bugs to be eaten off our property, shared his feelings with us. "Dub P....I think you mean, DUMP P..."

We clearly need to get better, and will.
