PLEASE READ before ordering!
1. Items sold on our group page and our business page are either "genuine leather" or “Vegan” . Everything is eithe
r "genuine leather" or “Vegan” unless otherwise stated. If you have questions about a product, please private message me.
2. Payments: You are invoiced with Square or PAYPAL. I will allow you to choose which option you prefer, if you do not choose an option, I will send invoice from the provider I choose. When I invoice you, your payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. I do allow up to 48 hours for payment, if there is an issue as always message me and we can discuss payment options. Otherwise, once the 48 hours has passed, then your invoice is subject to cancellation for non-pay and you are subject to being removed from the site. I simply have no time to chase people down for a payment and have numerous reminders sent to you. We are all adults and should pay our invoices. IF there is a special circumstance please message me privately PRIOR to making a purchase or make sure to comment when making purchase of the day you will be paying. Checks, E-Checks, and cash are not acceptable forms of payment. Cash is always accepted at in person events as always. (Please message me if you have a special circumstance and are unable to pay any other way). Thank you for your understanding!
3. I pay taxes on all items ordered, shipping, Square or PAYPAL surcharge. These charges are added on the invoice. If you have questions about taxes or shipping and handling please message me. Thank you for understanding.
4. I will post a picture with available items, sizes, colors, etc. As always, I will continue to search for great deals at the best prices available to continue to be able to pass savings onto you guys. If you are looking for something specific, please send me a private message. I will start posting more pre-order/prepay in order to expand our inventory. However, this means possible delays on product getting to me. Also, in the times we live in when I place an order, I am having longer wait times before I receive. I will do my best to let you know when the items are scheduled to be here when I post the items and will keep you up to date with any delays. After I receive items, please allow me up to 3 days processing time not counting weekends or holidays. Unfortunately, items do get stuck in customs, delayed by UPS or FED-EX or even the Post off has delays. Items also may be on back order due to high demand. While these things are unpleasant, they are unavoidable. Please know that when you order, the time may not be exact, but I will do my best to continue to get the items to you as fast as possible. Please note that the order may not close for several weeks after you order which will also take longer for your item to come in. I try to get as close as I can. If you do not want to wait on items, PLEASE only order in stock items, these items will specifically state “In Stock”.
5. When ordering: PLEASE provide your email address and PM me your address, unless you know I have them on file already, to speed up the ordering process. Again, I appreciate each one of you and look forward to doing business with you all!!!!
