I Kelly Jeanne ,
the woman behind it all over here on the ranch, took a pretty bad fall back in October of last year…
I quietly “closed my books” in regards to all things alteration related due to the nature of my injuries.
Sparing yall the details I was not able to walk or care for myself for a while. I can successfully say I am back to a modified regularly scheduled program up here on the hill and happy to announce I’ll be back behind the machines this week.
I wanted to thank my clients who completely understood breaking my leg in three places was not on my bingo card for the fall and holiday season. Much love you are all superstars. I also wanted to share a new service that I will be offering to new potential customers…

What’s adaptive clothing?
Well, it’s apparel or attire that can be easily removed or maneuvered around physical or medical devices and needs.
It’s not only Individuals with mobility issues that can benefit from these type of garments. Chronic pain and cognitive issues can also play part in the need to purchase adaptive clothing. Whether as an infant, child, or adult there are alot of us who have had to use or will forever require an adapted method of dressing.
Sometimes age, illness or injury can make finding proper clothing even more frustrating. Not to mention often expensive and overwhelming. Difficulties can also lie upon your location or acess to online shopping.
That is why I’ve decided to not only offer alterations on clients current wardrobes, but can advise anyone in need of guidance in that marketplace because it can be a lot to maneuver. Not every case is cookie cutter, and sometimes adaptive clothing still needs to be tailored.
I’d like to make the process easier for families, caring for their loved ones.
I’m extremely excited to add this service to the menu here at Weymouth Hill designs. It’s near and dear to my heart. I will take just as much pride and joy in these alterations as the fancy celebratory glittery gowns that I absolutly adore cutting up🤍 KJ
