Instructions
1. Make the sauce. Whisk together BBQ sauce, pineapple preserves, soy sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire, garlic, ginger, smoked paprika, and pepper.

2. Slow-cook the wings. Place wings in the slow cooker, pour sauce over them, and coat evenly.
HIGH: 2–3 hours

3. Finish in the oven. Transfer cooked wings to a wire rack over a baking sheet.
Bake at 425°F for 15–20 minutes until the glaze caramelizes.
Brush with additional sauce halfway through and again at the end.

Air fryer alternative: 400°F for 8–10 minutes.
