Life on the compound 🌺🌈✨

A little colorful, a little carefree, and a whole lot of happy! 🌞🌴 It’s the people, the energy, the little moments, and the vibe that make this place so special.

Come slow yourself down, soak it all in, and stay awhile. 💛

✨ Introducing RELICS ✨

From the earliest days of Slow Yourself Down, when all we had was a small black sticker to share, to printing a few dozen T-shirts so our kids could tie-dye them. These early years are the corner stone of this brand. We’re excited to share.

RELIC 001

Our 10th country while shooting Given the Movie in the Marshall Islands.

We motored up to a perfect wave with no one out. True had just fallen asleep, so I was able to jump in and catch a few waves before sunset.

I remember the solitude of this moment being needed in the midst of wrangling two littles under the age of four on a boat at sea all day.

The smiles and lives that come through our doors really do change us. Thank you for continuing to support local friends.

All your hurricane jar orders are getting packed up! Your support ment EVERYTHING in this past month. Thank you THANK YOU!!

Let’s be grateful for the moments we intentionally stayed present. It’s a discipline worth practicing 🫶🏼
