Summer is finally here in Northwest Pennsylvania! I finished this summer table runner for Calico Patch Quilt Shop’s patriotic table runner challenge last night. Don’t look too closely at the quilting, but all-in-all I think it turned out pretty good!

I’ve been busy working on my many works-in-progress lately! I just finished this mini that I started back in February. The tree came out a little wonky, but finished is better than perfect! I’ve also been working on some fun stuff for the shop, so stay tuned!

Finished is better than perfect! Finally had a chance to finish this tote designed by Erica Arndt last night. I’m pleased with how it turned out and it wasn’t as difficult as I expected it to be. My new Juki made sewing through all those layers a breeze! I’ll be using this bad boy on the beach in Puerto Rico next month!

I found this completed quilt top in a bin at my mom’s house and I knew I had to finish it! I finally finished the binding last night. It’s funny, I would have never picked out these fabrics for myself, but it goes perfectly in our living room! It’s very cool to be able to say my mom and I made this quilt together, even though I never quilted before she passed away. ❤️
