👟🌳 Run Beyond the Road

September 17, 24, & October 1 | 6 - 7 PM | Detweiler Park | $15 per participant (includes all 3 dates)

Ready to trade the pavement for the trails? Led by Jenn Fisher, a regular podium finisher at Spartan Ultra Races, you'll learn the fundamentals of trail running, including proper form, pacing, safety, and how to navigate varied terrain.

To ensure everyone has a great experience, participants will be divided into two groups:
- A faster-paced running group
- A casual/beginner group for those learning or looking for a more relaxed pace

Registration includes an athletic performance shirt, a swag bag, and entry into a raffle for a FREE pair of running shoes during the final session.
