Treble Cord Bridal Alterations will close permanently as we will be relocating for my husband’s work. I have loved altering the 100’s of your dresses in 4 years! Especially my 175 brides!

Many of you have commented on the cute secretary desk, the gossip bench, the dresses my mannequins wear and other items. Almost everything in the shop is available for purchase! I will be open for all to shop decor, mannequins, notions, dresses, garters, tables, holiday decor and more.

Friday, December 26 10 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Saturday, December 27 10:00 a.m.-2:00 pm

Harvest, AL 35749
Directly across from Gordo's Tacos

Cash only accepted as payment. The industrial sewing machine is not for sale.

I will not be available to respond to questions until after Christmas. Pictured below is a sampling of what is available. There is a lot more to peruse.

Kristen Thomas Sanders and 3 sister bridesmaids and Mom allowed me the privilege to alter 6 dresses for an April wedding and rehearsal dinner. We made a plan in December and the ladies were patient during shop renovations in January. We reconvened in February for fittings and double checks before alterations began. I am grateful to Kristen and her photographer, Ashlyn Cathey Photography, for sharing these exquisite photos.

Received a sweet surprise gift from The Thomas Family. Five beautiful ladies had 6 dresses altered for an upcoming wedding in Savannah. I am so excited to see their photos.

Mint, grape and peach! New paint, new floors, new layout and lots of love, labor and prayer has transformed the space. The shop is progressing and looks beautiful. Many thanks to my dear husband, Alison, our parents, church family and our girls. Help has come with labor, prayers, brainstorming, gift cards, and lots of patience.

In 1999 we relocated to Alabama. We opted that I would find volunteer opportunities and work at home means to contribute until our family would begin to grow. Alison was one of the first ladies to welcome me to the fine arts community, and she began to mentor me in costuming for several shows with HCCA and Fantasy Playhouse. She took me to Sirs for fabric shopping excursions. I learned tricks and tips every time we worked together. While I had been sewing since 3rd grade, there is always something to learn about fabric, patterns, garment construction and design.

After several years Alison has once again graciously welcomed me to learn from her expertise. After the 2020 Bridal year caused so many postponed events I heard from a friend that I might be of some help to Alison. After many months there were conversations that echoed our chats of 20 years ago. Living near the beach has long been Alison’s dream. While she is not old enough to retire she was seeing a window of time where she could take a leap and transition her business model AND her location. (She will share more publicly in time.)

I have been splitting sewing time between the shop and home. In the coming weeks I will be getting settled in at the shop full-time. We have arranged with the landlord to make some updates and repairs at the shop during the first couple weeks of January. The goal is to be fully operational and ready for appointments by January 18. I will post updates as we get to work.

God has already answered many prayers in the last several months. Some mornings I feel like Gideon as I pray that the fleece will reveal if this is the path God wants for me to take. I look forward to sharing those blessings with all of you.

I look forward to having the opportunity to serve ladies as they prepare their formal attire for special occasions. Complete a request for appointment at www.treblecordbridal.com or talk/text 256.797.6371
