Testimony of the week: "Person On the Bridge". One night I was driving through Kapolei and saw a person standing on the bridge staring out at the highway below. 20 min later, I drove by again and saw the same person staring out. As I drove past, the Holy Spirit tugged on my heart 💗 and urged me to go to that person. For a good few minutes, my mind was racing>>>Is it safe? What would I say?? Do I offer them my food?? What do I do Lord??!! Really God??!!
In white-knuckled obedience, I made a u-turn and pulled up to the person. It was a lady and she seemed solemn. I blurted out, "Are you okay? I saw you standing here for awhile. Do you need anything?" She said a gentle "no". Then God spoke through me and I said, "God loves you". She nodded and turned back staring out to the highway. Idk what the whole reason was for that encounter but I do trust that God used me for that moment. Through my obedience, hopefully I made a difference in that person's life that night.
