This has been one the of most challenging couple months for our business. We have been stressed beyond stressed from every direction. From devastating weather in Hawai’i, unexpected tariffs and increased operational cost, from taking personal financial risk, to now constraints from UPS & U.S. customs that is causing so much heart ache for our small family business. Thank you to anyone reaching out and taking time to understand the pain we are experiencing and unfortunately we feel incredibly cornered. We are working relentlessly to resolve our logistics issues we are currently experiencing. 😭💔🙏🏻

Preorder update: we are still on track to ship out preorders but are incredibly stressed with UPS & U.S. customs withholding our packages for months now from our Shoreline Collection and we are hoping that things are resolved for seamless logistics for preorders to arrive in time. 🥺🙏🏻

The ocean is calling 🌊 and our beautiful Shoreline Collection is LIVE!

We’ve done a pretty terrible job with sharing that we launched our new Shoreline Collection. 😣

Hi guys…. This past week was extremely rough. We are severely behind in orders and will have close warehouse at 1pm today. We’ve been working with a couple of organizations or local foundations to help with flood victims utilizing our vehicles we have for transporting goods or wellness checks.

Seeing the devastation first hand with my own eyes… I’m just speechless. The Central Park next to our warehouse has mountains full of rubbish from people destroyed homes, debris from local farms are being hauled there all the way from north shore. 💔

Thank you for understanding and we’ve been emailing immediately to anyone with concerns with their order status with no movement and we truly appreciate your kindness for being patient while we can help in the ways that makes the most sense for our Hawai’i community. 🙏🏻

It’s has been the most heart breaking week in Hawai’i as we continue to get pounded by catastrophic weather.

This video is a creek that runs directly behind my house here at the top of Wahiawa/Mililani tech park and it runs into a river that ends all the way to the ocean though Haliewa & Waialua North Shore. This creek behind my home NEVER has ever looked like this and the fact that it’s still continuously flowing like this makes my stomach sick for the damage it’s causing on the lower part of North Shore.

Sending all the love to everyone impacted. If you can, please check in with our local organizations on ways you can help. We are currently facing flooding in our warehouse but it’s completely manageable in comparison to families who have homes completely buried in water, farmers who have lost their farm lands, small businesses who have to completely shut down on north shore. 💔 The devastation is so heartbreaking.

As of now, it’s reported the weather is to continue though the weekend. We are behind on orders and hope you can understand the delays. We will still be having our launch on Sunday 🙏🏻 we’ve delayed this launch for 6 weeks and the amount of effort to design everything for launch days required weeks of prep and we’re just a small team of 3.
