Lesson of the Day! Be nice to yourself!
I had this problem until i seen this video….. (LIKE TODAY)
From today i choose to be nicer to myself!
I will no longer tear myself apart or be my first appearance critic i will embrace every ounce of me and accept this is who God made me to be. If im overweight (and i am) i will love myself while trying to become healthier! But i wont tear myself apart!
