This tiny young lady needed sides in 3 inches in and 5 inches off the length. She wanted to keep as much of the fullness, so I took off the side panels and moved them up to shorten the length.

Originally she had to hold her dress so it didn't fall. Sides in, hem, bustle. She wanted a bustle in the front for when she went to flats so she wouldn't have to hold it up or trip. It worked like a charm, and would recommend this to anyone going from heels to flats.
