Today, Michelle quilted her quilt from her Confident Beginner’s class. She had chosen the quilt pattern mirror mirror, and used Glide Grotto Blue, with the quilting pattern of Twinkling snowflakes. Michelle did a great job on this challenging confident beginner’s quilt. Between the choice of fabrics and the ex*****on, I think you’ll agree it’s a wonderful quilt! Great job Michelle!

On Monday, Cindy brought in her finished quilt from our Confident Beginner’s class. She did a very good job on the binding. This is a disappearing nine-patch, and did a great job in constructing and quilting it. I think you’ll agree.

I played with a little paper piecing today from the triangulations patterns - tamed geese by Brenda Henning. Fussy cut some echinacea from the Love Always, AM fabric by Anna Maria. I’m thinking these beauties may adorn my cream jacket.

My private student Mary finished her quilt. I think you’ll agree that she did a wonderful job on it. She chose the stargazer quilt in beautiful purples and greens. For the quilting she chose a hearts and flower pattern with a variegated Glide Wheat thread. Great job Mary!

More finishes from the Tuesday night confident beginner’s class. Betsy chose the quilt called Arrow, and she did it in numerous blues. Monica and Marilyn tackled the stargazer quilt, with Monica doing hers in greens and creams and Marilyn chose grey and tan. Very proud of all the students in both the Monday afternoon and Tuesday night confident beginner’s classes.
