Inspired Overland, LLC provides a Limited three-year warranty to the original purchaser/owner of the vehicle on which the product was originally installed. The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship on products manufactured by Inspired Overland, LLC. Inspired Performance series Shocks are considered a wearable item
and carry a limited one-year warranty from the original purchase date. This limited warranty does not cover the product for normal wear and tear and to the following exclusions:
improper installation or installation not by a qualified, licensed auto mechanic
subject to an accident or collision
improper service, maintenance, use, or modification
installation on vehicles used for rallying or racing
installation upon vehicles to which the product is not intended for
Any costs of removal or replacement of defective parts are not covered under this warranty and will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Inspired Overland, LLC reserves the right to final warranty decisions on all products. RETURNS / REFUNDS
Inspired Overland, LLC does accept returns on suspension products within 90 days and rooftop tents within 30 days of the original purchase date. Inspired Overland, LLC is not responsible for shipping costs on returns. Email [email protected] and provide your order number and the reason you are returning your product. We will respond to your email within 24 hours with further instructions. We strive for customer satisfaction.
