💰COMMISSION: YOU ARE IN CONTROL OF HOW MUCH YOU MAKE. WITH ADD ON SERVICES ITS EASIER TO INCREASE THAT RATE

✔️BASE PAY: YOU SOLEY ARE PAID BY THE HOUR NOTHING MORE NOTHING LESS

💥💥EXAMPLE: CUSTOMER COMES IN GETS A FULL SET OF NAILS FOR $50.00

✔️Base Pay: You get paid $14.00

💰Commission: You get payment of half so that’s $25.00

💥💥Customer decides they want to add on a pedicure

✔️Base pay: Still within that hour or a little over it’s the same $14.00 because you are paid hourly

💰Commission: You get payment of half so that’s another $25.00

🚨🚨🚨So taking a commission based job will either help or hurt you. It’s all about how you put yourself out there.

Part time employee making $14per hour working 25hrs per week =$350 no matter how many clients

Commission based employee needs to service 14 clients for $350. Any clients passed 14 is extra added to pay check💲💲💲💲
