Sometimes I sit here and wonder how we got so lucky.
Today we dropped off over 100 packages between UPS and USPS. Tomorrow we’ll drop off another batch or two. Then another batch everyday after that.
And every single package represents a person who chose us.
Not Amazon.
Not a big box store.
Not a giant corporation.
Us.
Two small-town girls with a dream that somehow turned into something so much bigger than we ever imagined.
What most people don’t see is that it’s still just Allison and me behind the scenes. The printing, the pressing, the folding, the packaging, the shipping, the customer service, the inventory, the cleaning, the late nights, and the early mornings.
We’ve been working from 7AM until 11PM since Saturday and we’ll do it all again tomorrow and everyday this week.
Not because we have to.
Because every order matters.
Every package sitting in this bag is going to someone’s doorstep. Someone who trusted us with their hard-earned money. Someone who could have shopped anywhere but chose Double Trouble.
That responsibility is something we never take lightly.
As tired as we are, our hearts are so full.
There are moments when the stress feels overwhelming, when we’re running on caffeine and little sleep, and then we look down at bags like this and remember that none of this would exist without you.
You aren’t just buying a shirt.
You’re helping two sisters continue living their dream.
You’re helping keep our doors open.
You’re helping support our family.
You’re helping support the small businesses we purchase from.
You’re helping write a story that started with two girls who simply hoped people would believe in them.
And somehow, after all these years, you still do.
Thank you feels too small for what we feel tonight.
But thank you, from the deepest part of our hearts.
We love y’all more than you’ll ever know. ❤️
