ch I began out of my home in 2006 (more about that later). The Nifty Nest is my shabby chic one stop shop for all of your gift giving needs, or if you want a little something for yourself. I carry an assortment of items ranging from home décor and refinished furniture to boutique clothing, accessories and jewelry. I carry brand names like Petit Ami, Zubels, Mud Pie, and Ragtales. I am proud to say that I also have pieces from locals; such as jewelry by Rhonda Green and pottery by J. I also offer gift certificates for those hard to buy for people on your list, and helium balloons to make any party or event special! There are too many nifty things to mention, and I have new arrivals consistently. Photography has been a passion of mine for several years now. I am grateful that I am able to capture moments in time for everyone to cherish for years to come. I offer Maternity, Newborn, Children, Special Needs Children, Family, Engagement, Senior Portrait, Studio and On-Location sessions. The sitting fee for a studio session with your choice of background and one outfit change is $65. On-Location sitting fee with one outfit change is $75. Because of the extra time and care taken into Maternity and Newborn sessions, they are considered specialty sessions; the sitting fee is $95. The shop is closed on Mondays and Saturdays (at this time), but I am available for appointments on these days. Print prices are available upon request. October 2024 has brought a new chapter for The Nifty Nest. The Heflin store will be closing this month and going in different directions. We will continue to do Embroidery and Laser Engraving from my shop on our property in Heflin. My hours will be Tuesday-Thursday 10-5, Evenings & Weekends by apointment, hopefully this will make it convenient for drop offs and pick ups.

Tammy with Nifty Nest Collective will be downsizing and opening booths at the Heflin Vender Mall and in Oxford. She will keep you posted on her page!
