Hey everyone!

I’m celebrating 4 years of business today! Thank you everyone that continues to support me. This year has been a little different for me and my business now that we’ve added a tiny human to the mix. I’ve decided to make the following changes for awhile:

— I am only taking custom sewing/orders.

— I am no longer doing craft shows.

— I am no longer adding to my website inventory, so enjoy 40% off plus free shipping if you spend over $50.

All of these changes will allow me to spend more time with my growing family and this may change in the future as our little guy grows older. I can’t say thank you enough to my loyal customer base, so, thank you again!

It’s been awhile! I’ve still been sewing a very slow pace during naps, but I’ve been finishing a few projects this year. Here’s just a snapshot of the ones I remembered to take a few pictures when I was done.

1. clutch style purse I made from an old wedding dress…I’ve been wanting to sew this pattern for a very long time.

2. Men’s wallet with a snap closure. This was a first for me, but I like how it turned out.

3. Shirt for Marshall. Part of the “ugly” fabric challenge at the Sewing Palace.

4. Griz/golf quilt for a college student. It was a nice easy project since I didn’t pick the pattern or fabrics just had to sew them together.

5. Basket of baby goodies. I’m hoping to make more gift sets when I get time lol.

Checkout these custom order quilts I finished this week! These are memory quilts made from baby clothes. I’m such a fan of repurposing things into a useful item. I’m hoping these quilts get a lot of love and wear.

I’m having a “moving sale” this Labor Day weekend! 15% off site wide August 30th through September 2nd!

In order to prepare a nursery space for our baby boy arriving in October, I’m trying to clear out some of my inventory so we don’t have so much to move to my new sewing space in the basement.

Just a heads up, in order to spend quality time with our first son, I’m not planning to do any more shows this year. You can still request custom work and order from my website. Looking forward to this new phase of our lives!

Yep…I love f***y packs! I made one of these a few weeks ago for myself and I’m hooked. I find it comfortable around the waist as well as over the shoulder when I’m hiking. Made of waterproof xpac fabric with a lightweight ripstop fabric liner. ✨ ✨ ✨ ***ypacksareback ***ypack

Piper celebrated her 11th birthday yesterday!!! Of course I had to post my favorite photo of her at the vet with her cone of shame on, while sporting an American 🇺🇸 flag shirt. Cheers to many more years/adventures together pup 🐶
