Owner Marsha Logan grew up with a strong southern influence and her background
became the foundation in creating memorable experiences and comfortable spaces people have grown to love. Even her personal clothing and accessory selections for herself and her family were coveted by friends. With four children, pet’s and lots of extended family, sharing their passion of a simple, yet finer lifestyle soon became the cornerstone of the Logan’s business model. For 15 years, Marsha partnered with her husband and Southern Living Custom Home Builder, John Logan of Logan & Logan Construction, to create custom interior designs for his client’s homes throughout the Southeast. The result has been a number of nationally featured homes and interior designs that often had others asking how they too could create their own signature and effortless lifestyle. Now its possible with the new location of TipTop Design Company and a soon to be launched web shopping site that features many of the products Marsha features in homes she designs or items she personally loves for herself and her family. TipTop is subsidiary of Logan & Logan Construction and continues to provide full interior design services for select homes and businesses. The name TipTop is gleaned from the Logan’s Civil War hill where their family’s home and custom mill now resides. The words TipTop can be found inscribed on the property’s markers that date back to the 1800’s.
