✨ WEEKLY UPDATE: CHAOS, CREATIVITY & A WHOLE LOT OF FAITH ✨
If you’ve wondered where I’ve been this week… well, let’s just say I’ve been doing ALL the things. 😂
This week has been a whirlwind of running around, working, creating, bleaching, sewing, designing and probably saying “I’ll sleep when I’m done” more times than I should. 🤣
I’ve been working like crazy getting everything ready for the Harvest Festival at Stone Hill Winery THIS SATURDAY! 🍂🍷
I’ve been creating bleached & upcycled flannels, sweatshirts, tote bags, new designs and ALL the things to bring with me. 🧵✂️🎨
And in the middle of all that chaos, I had my oncology appointment Wednesday.
I finally have some answers.
I was diagnosed with MBL (monoclonal B-cell lymphocytosis) with a phenotype seen in CLL/SLL. For now, there is no treatment needed. I’m officially on watch and wait — blood work in 3 months, then again in 6 months, unless something changes or symptoms develop.
So… one step at a time. ❤️
Now the next thing on the list: getting this tumor out of my knee. And apparently a CT scan is also in my future unless certain symptoms pop up before then.
Honestly, there’s a LOT going on.
But I refuse to let fear steal the joy from what God has put in front of me.
So today, I’m choosing to keep creating.
Keep working.
Keep showing up.
Keep laughing through the chaos.
Keep trusting God.
And keep moving forward. ❤️🙏
Because God is good ALL the time… and ALL the time, God is good. ✝️
Now… back to the sewing machine because Harvest Festival is SATURDAY and I’ve got WORK to do! 😂🍂
If you’re going to be at Stone Hill Winery this Saturday, come find me and say HI! 👋🏼❤️
I’d absolutely LOVE to see you!
