Week one in Midlothian and we’ve already got some standouts 👏
Employee of the Week goes to Chamar Hoover and Brenda Deana.
Brenda hit the ground running, setting 5+ mods a night and catching on quickly.
Chamar stays eager to learn, and Supervisor Kellie sees huge potential. He’s already helping train new associates and paying it forward.
Absolute rock stars.

Barbara and Terry led the way as our Pineville project got started this week. First few days in and you can already tell this crew came ready to get after it.

Gettysburg wrapped up last week, and this one was a solid run from start to finish. Daniel and Abigayle led a strong crew, kept things moving, and made sure the team stayed on track the whole way through.
Big shoutout to Derio Garcia, Cody Bower, and Donald Carey. These three showed up, put in the time, and stayed consistent enough to earn gift certificates for their attendance during the project. No shortcuts, no excuses, just doing what they said they’d do every day. That kind of reliability matters more than people think.
All around, just a good team doing good work and finishing strong. That’s what we like to see. 👏

Cody Jacobs
Cody is one of those people you don’t have to look for—he’s already asking what needs to be done and finding ways to help before anyone even says anything. That kind of attitude makes a huge difference on the floor.

Kyiana Moore
Kyiana is always moving, always helping, and always looking out for the team. If someone needs a hand, she’s already there. You can’t teach that kind of teamwork.

Devonta Bethea
Devonta’s only been with the team a couple weeks, but you wouldn’t know it. He’s picking things up fast and is right there anytime he’s needed—no hesitation.

Big appreciation to all three of you. This is exactly the kind of energy that keeps things running smooth and makes the team stronger every day 💪

Our team hit the ground running last night, and it’s already shaping up to be a strong start. Huge shoutout to our supervisors and crew for showing up ready to work and set the tone from day one.

Deb — 12 Years

Congratulations to Deb on 12 years with Way To Go!

Deb started with us in 2014 as a Shift Supervisor and quickly grew into a Site Manager role. As the company expanded in 2015, Deb became our Lead Recruiter, working alongside our founder and owner, Randy Whitley, to recruit local teams for projects across the country. Her never-give-up attitude and relentless drive have helped ensure stores are staffed nationwide.

Deb later came off the road to help launch our Oklahoma office, which became our national recruiting and scheduling headquarters. Beyond her work, Deb is known for loving and caring for her work family and serving those in need in her community.

We are thankful for Deb’s heart, dedication, and incredible commitment. Congratulations, Deb!

Congratulations to Geoff on 8 years with Way To Go!

Geoff started with us as a Field Manager, working heavily on Walmart and Academy projects. Over time, he stepped into a lead role in client operations and now oversees our Walmart account. Geoff has become Walmart’s advocate within Way To Go and has played a pivotal role in strengthening our reputation and relationships with Walmart senior management.

We are grateful for Geoff’s leadership, dedication, and the impact he continues to have on our company and our clients. Congratulations, Geoff!
