One of the questions I hear most often from first-time customers is, "Do you really hand-paint every single one?" 🎨✨

The answer is yes! ❤️

I think there's always a little surprise because when they're displayed together, they look so much alike.

But that's exactly why I love sharing photos like this—so you can see the process behind each piece. 🖌️

Every item starts as a blank “canvas” and is lovingly hand-painted, one at a time. If you look closely, you'll notice that no two are exactly alike. The placement of a brushstroke, the curve of a letter, a tiny detail here or there—each piece has its own personality. 💕

And I think that's the charm of handmade. 🥰

Every item that leaves Kate & Bud's Closet is created with love, and every gift is chosen because something about that particular piece speaks to the buyer. 🎁

🎨✨ What a fun day at Michaels Stores Party Shop LIVE Pop-Up Art & Craft Show! ✨🎨

A huge thank you to Michaels for hosting such a wonderful community event filled with creativity, crafts, shopping, and special surprises! 💕 It was such a joy to showcase Kate & Bud's Closet and connect with so many amazing people throughout the day.

One of the highlights was meeting Gina, who immediately recognized my creations! 🥰 She shared memories of shopping with her mom, Janet, at art & craft shows and attending my annual "Clear the Rack" sales at home. We spent time reminiscing and swapping stories, and it truly made my day. ❤️

I also loved meeting new customers and catching up with familiar faces I've met over the years. Those connections are what make events like this so special!

🏆 Top seller of the day? "Princess of Quite a Lot!" 👑 By a landslide! Close behind were our Cleveland Browns 🏈 and Ohio State ❤️ favorites.
