Wrapping up our Highland Hiker group trip to Mexico in the capital, the amazing Mexico City, was the perfect finale to a great week. We visited museums like the Frida Kahlo House and the Museum of Anthropology, visited eight different neighborhoods, and enjoyed soooo many tacos (and some mezcal)! The city was fascinating, the food was fantastic, and the company was even better. Thanks for following along our latest adventure!🇲🇽🍁

Visiting Teotihuacan was a fascinating experience, especially in conjunction with our tour of the Anthropology Museum the following day. The site is the most architecturally significant Mesoamerican pyramids built in the pre-Columbian Americas, namely the Pyramid of the Sun and the Pyramid of the Moon. The museum was created in the early 1960s in preparation for hosting the Olympics.
