Kansas has rain and grass 😁 we’re not really used to that coming from central Texas 😬 seems HayHay is allergic to grass. So I decided to go to the recycle yard and get some free (you load it) mulch, to make a play area in the back yard. HE sat in the truck ‘watching sumping’ while Ginga totally filled 3/4 of the truck bed with a gallon bucket! Only took me about 30/35 minutes! He didn’t want to mess up his princess stuff! 😄 (yes, he has a black eye! He was helping PopPop put his swing together last week and a perfectly fine, lying by itself, messing with no one hammer - fell right on to his face. He will tell you right now that he did it, PopPop warned him - but we’ve already realized he’s going to be the type of kid that learns the hard way 🤣)
As we were leaving, driving out the dirt road, he said, “Ginga, I have mulch crumbs on my feet’! WHAT?! HOW?! You didn’t get IN the mulch!
“Then you must have brought it in here to my feet”

WHAT?!? 🤣 I took the name as my grandma name, from ‘Gramma and Ginga’ several years ago (look them up, absolutely hilarious, and Ginga was my spirit animal) 🩵 after reaching out to the family and asking if I could borrow it!

😁 now, this license plate was right in front of me in Kansas! I have so many questions !! I pulled up by the guy and tried to get his attention, but no, he ignored the crazy lady honking and waving like a maniac 🙄🤣

Don’t worry, Texas plates coming 😉

I feel slightly violated 😆

My sweet boy…

Aunt T sent us this photo this morning

H: AWWW, HOW CUUUUTE, A BUNNY, WHERE IS THAT? He was excited!

G: I guess Aunt T took it at work

H: oh! I didn’t know bunnies had to go to work

G: 😁 no, no they do not go to work, Aunt T goes to work and she just took the photo of the bunny, probably while she was walking into the building.

H: oh right. Well, when I go to work one day, I may just take a bunny with me!

G: well, ok! I won’t stop you 😊

For the next 30 minutes I listened to his idea of bunnies at work! Sizes, colors, long vs short ears, eye color, clothes or not, hopping by his side or in a stroller or buggy, what they’d do… this kid can talk non stop and keep you engaged!!

We’re getting ready for preschool in a city that gets snow, a lot of snow, and not only are we not used to that, we’re not quite prepared! After asking a few locals, I’ve put together a combined needs list that we could use some help with. There’s a few school supplies and winter clothing items, If you’d like to help out, I’m attaching our Amazon wishlist.

We appreciate the help and support! Especially since Ginga can’t get back to work until HayHay starts school.
