As part of our ongoing commitment to Well-Woman Care, we are now going to be offering regular sessions for the Closing The Bones Ceremony. Available times will be posted the week prior. The process includes approx. 1-1.5 hours for a full body massage that helps re-align the bones and muscles and ends with a debriefing over a cup of tea. This experience typically includes warmth, gentle bodywork, abdominal (womb) massage when appropriate, herbal support, and wrapping of the body with special woven cloths to create a sense of grounding, support, and closure.
Many people choose Closing the Bones to:
• Support physical recovery after pregnancy and birth.
• Honor the emotional and spiritual transition into a new season of life (ie. after miscarriage, surgery, menopause).
• Take intentional time for healing and self-care of the body.
