Do you have someone who loves Boston History? This is a pristine copy of Mapping Boston, by Alex Krueger and David Cobb. I have seen used listings anywhere from $35-100. It is still in print but only as a paperback. 276 pages. We would like to get $45 for this book, shipping will depend upon where it is going (in the US)

Boosted yesterday. Taking it easy today. A few aches and a headache. I hate taking Tylenol and prefer to let my body figure it out. Dressed like a Wookie and toting around my green smoothie.

I read a few years ago that upon waking, drinking a full glass of water is one of the best things you can do for your body.
I collect handmade glasses. I have enough that I can officially say that. Look at how this one glows like a nightlight when only my bedside lamp is on.
AND the water at our farm tastes so beautiful. It’s soft and fresh. I still put it through a filter like at home, but what is missing is the chlorine taste of municipal water.

Good morning. Getting used to our new kitchen, making lists of little things to bring, finding the useful nooks and crannies. I am loving our coffee station. Original use is a pie counter. On my list: sew a French Press Cozy.

When it’s unbearably hot, I default to this seersucker dress from Tulip Clothing. It’s plain and simple. The last time I wore it, getting home from work I immediately plunged into the pool while still in it. Visiting friend Kym laughed and called it my Amish bathing suit. Which of course will forever be its name. Also. Notice bare feet in sandals. You know I’m cranky when it comes to that! 😂

It’s working as a cooler today!
When I drink a green smoothie through the day I feel the best that I can feel. It’s organic kale/spinach/mixed berries/carrots/banana/pea protein/green powder with lemon juice and ACV. Antioxidants and alkaline pH here I come!
